This is an all new kit that has been developed to replace that all metal floor. This kit is made of solid oak and uses the stainless steel strips between the oak strips. It includes the complete wood floor, stainless steel bed strips, special spacers, bolts and brackets which make it appear to be factory original! This is normally a much, much cheaper way to go than restoring a bed floor back to original with the metal floor covering. Early 50’s had rounded stake pockets - late 50’s were square.
